Dr. Hayashi, MD, received her medical degree at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.
She completed her neurology residency at Baylor College of Medicine’s Department of Neurology, where she worked with patients with neurological disorders at Michael E. Debakey VA Medical Centers, Ben Taub Hospital, St. Luke’s Hospital, Texas Children’s Hospital, M.D. Anderson and Baylor Clinics in Houston.
Dr. Hayashi was a former director of a primary stroke program. She was awarded physician of the quarter in 2015. Dr Hayashi was awarded with Bronze Physician.
Dr. Hayashi enjoys spending lots of time with her husband, and both of her children, Isabelle and Luke.
Dr. Hayashi is a member of the American Academy of Neurology.
